[2012] EWCA Crim 1572

A sentence of three years and four months' imprisonment was appropriate in the case of an offender who had pleaded guilty to conspiracy to supply cocaine. He had twice acted as delivery person in an operation to supply just over 50g of cocaine to an undercover police officer.
