In an appeal against conviction of terrorist offences in relation to the 1982 Hyde Park bombing, the Court of Appeal found that the conviction of the appellant was not safe in the light of fresh evidence, the non-disclosure of material evidence and the fact that the case presented on appeal was very different from that presented at trial.
