[2008] EWCA Crim 637

In making a confiscation order following an offender's conviction for conspiracy to contravene the Criminal Justice Act 1988 s.93C(2) , the benefit to the offender, pursuant to s.71 of the 1988 Act, was the full amount of the money laundered and was not limited to the net profit made by him.
