Where there was another reason for a patient to be detained, it was not incumbent on a tribunal to reclassify a disorder, under s.72(5) Mental Health Act 1983, if that disorder was no longer found to be the appropriate disorder for which the patient was now detained, or was not of a nature or degree for which it was appropriate for the patient to receive medical treatment.
