On a charge of conspiracy to supply a class A drug to co-conspirator, it was necessary for the prosecution to make that clear in the particulars of the offence. If the Crown alleged that there had been a conspiracy to supply to "another", then it was alleging the supply to someone other than the co-conspirator. * Application for leave to appeal to the House of Lords pending.
