R (on the application of YOUNG) v CAMBERWELL MAGISTRATES' COURT (2012)

There was a case to answer for burglary where video footage showed the accused walking towards and away from a jewellery shop, but not showing whether she had entered the shop. There was sufficient evidence to enable a properly directed jury to conclude that she must have entered the shop, in circumstances that could only have amounted to trespass, and emerged carrying something.
