Mother trapped in 1996 ‘is not being denied freedom’
PUBLISHED November 19, 2014A woman who believes that it is 1996 and that her three adult children are still babies is at the centre of a test case about whether she is being deprived of her liberty in the course of receiving round-the-clock care.
