[2014] EWHC 78 (Admin)

A decision to recall a prisoner convicted of a terrorism offence to prison for a breach of a licence condition that he should not own or use a computer without prior permission from his supervising officer was fair and reasonable and was justified by the unexplained wiping of the hard drive of a computer in his home that his wife owned.
