Legal aid cuts could end up costing more, says Lord Chief Justice
PUBLISHED January 31, 2013Cuts to the legal aid scheme that will come into force in April could end up costing the Government more money because of an increase in the number of ?DIY? litigants, the most senior judge in England and Wales warned yesterday.
