LCCSA /CLSA have this afternoon received positive advice regarding the prospects of a Judicial  Review against the MoJ decision to plough ahead with the two tier contracting scheme. A letter before action will be sent in the next few days followed, if necessary, by an application for interim relief to suspend the tender process pending leave and full hearing.
We welcome the news the The Law Society is planning separate proceedings against this attack on our profession. We are grateful for the financial support pledged.
