Where a European arrest warrant erroneously requested the surrender of an individual under Decision 2002/584 art.2(2) and did not refer to art.2(4) until a later date, when that article was expressly invoked in supplementary material, the court was not compelled to find that the art.2(4) surrender route was an impermissible option.
