[2013] NIQB 132

Where a defendant was remanded in custody for a particular offence and at the same time was either remanded for another offence or serving a sentence for that other offence, he would be entitled to full credit for the time spent on remand for the former offence where his conviction for the latter offence was quashed on appeal.
