[2009] EWHC 1243 (Admin)

A European arrest warrant was sufficiently particularised to meet the requirements of the Extradition Act 2003 and the Framework Decision 2002/584 and to avoid unfair prejudice to the alleged offender, whose extradition was being sought 12 years after he had absconded from the requesting state. As the passage of time was a direct result of his own conduct, it was not a bar to his extradition.
