[2011] EWHC 2540 (Admin)

A senior district judge had been entitled to reject a Latvian national's grounds for resisting extradition under the Extradition Act 2003 s.21. The judge had rightly concluded that there was no evidence which came even close to establishing that the extraditee's rights under the European Convention on Human Rights art.3 would be breached if he was returned.
