Britain could quit human rights court after its attack on whole-life jail terms
PUBLISHED July 10, 2013Pressure for Britain to pull out of the European Court of Human Rights grew last night after it infuriated ministers by ruling that whole-life sentences for the most notorious murderers are unlawful.
