[2004] EWCA Crim 183

A sentence of 16 months for conspiring to defraud UK banks and financial institutions by way of forged credit cards was unduly lenient given the substantial nature of the offence and large sums of money involved. The sentence would be quashed and a sentence of three years substituted.
