[2006] EWCA Crim 2096

Where the defendant was in a position of trust and engaged in sexual activity with a child, a sentence of 51 weeks' imprisonment suspended for two years was unduly lenient despite his pleas of guilty. Taking into account double jeopardy the sentence would be increased to 18 months' immediate imprisonment.
