[2006] EWCA Crim 3375

A judge had failed to take sufficient account of the aggravating features of an offence of causing death by careless driving whilst under the influence of alcohol. In increasing the sentence, new guidelines as laid down in R. v Richardson (Jack Virgil) [2006] EWCA Crim 3186, [2007] 2 All E.R. 601 were applied.
