[2013] EWCA Crim 1309
The imposition of an anti-social behaviour order (ASBO) of unlimited duration together with a suspended sentence on a 51-year-old offender who had dug up Roman coins and artefacts on a site of significant archaeological interest and sold them, and who had caused harassment, alarm and distress to those overseeing the site, was appropriate and proportionate, except that the duration of the ASBO was varied from unlimited to five years.
