Organised crime members are applying for jobs in financial companies so they can commit fraud, a watchdog warns.

The Financial Services Authority is urging some firms to make tighter checks before taking staff on.
And it also warns the latest personal organisers and mobile phones can now be connected to computers in order to steal corporate secrets.
