[2008] EWCA Crim 1643

When considering under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 s.10 the amount of benefit an offender had obtained from his criminal conduct, the judge, having found that proceeds of crime had been used to purchase the offender's previous home, had been obliged to find that the equity in his new home, which had been purchased with the proceeds of the previous home, had been obtained from his criminal conduct.
