[2007] EWHC 2885 (Admin)

The decision in the case of R. (on the application of Kalonji) v Wood Green Crown Court [2007] EWHC 2804 (Admin), [2008] A.C.D. 11 was to govern the position for the immediate future in cases of judicial review of decisions to extend custody time limits. If the situation as regards listing in the London court group did not improve, the court would plainly reconsider whether it was appropriate for applications to be brought.
