PUBLISHED September 24, 2013New guidance to help advocates make correct payment claims
Revised guidance is available on claims for payment in unexecuted bench warrant cases.
The guidance is designed to help advocates claim for the correct payment under the Advocates? Graduated Fee Scheme.
It reflects the decisions of cost judges and deals with:
- standard appearance fees
- cracked trial graduated fees
