The amendment of a representation order to substitute a new litigator, in circumstances where the new litigator had agreed to accept the instructions and carried out a conflicts check, amounted to a transfer of the case to the new litigator for the purposes of the Criminal Defence Service (Funding) Order 2007 Sch.2 Pt 2B para.10(2)(a).
