Solicitors have 'appetite' for new legal aid regime, says minister
PUBLISHED September 17, 2015The Ministry of Justice pressed ahead with its criminal legal aid reforms after seeing an 'appetite' from solicitors to deliver services under the new regime, justice minister Lord Faulks told the House of Lords last night.
