[2007] EWHC 651 (Admin)

Restrictions imposed on a person subject to a control order, when taken together, amounted to a deprivation of his liberty, rendering the order a nullity. A hearing to review the order did not breach the individual's right to a fair hearing, even though the case against him had been in essence entirely undisclosed.
