[2008] EWHC 1993 (Admin)

Open allegations against a man suspected of being a terrorist were not sufficient, without further disclosure of closed material, to justify the continuation of restrictions against that man. The court also gave guidance on the circumstances in which further disclosure of closed material could be ordered.
