Permission to adduce evidence from a forensic engineer in a road traffic accident claim had been correctly refused as being disproportionate to the claim where there had been delay in obtaining the expert's report and the report was fundamentally limited because the expert had not inspected the vehicles and had only seen one party's description of the accident.
