[2010] EWHC 2722 (Admin)

Two European arrest warrants were found to have satisfied the requirement under the Extradition Act 2003 s.2 of stating that an alleged offender was unlawfully at large where they made it clear that he was alleged to have been convicted of an offence and that his extradition was sought for the purposes of his serving a sentence of imprisonment.
