RJW to be limited company following ?53.8m Aussie takeover
PUBLISHED January 30, 2012Australian firm Slater & Gordon today announced the acquisition of top 100 UK firm Russell Jones & Walker for ?53.8m.
The acquisition, which includes RJW?s Claims Direct claims management brand, concludes a three-year search by Slater & Gordon for a law firm in which to invest in the UK.
