[2002] EWCA Civ 562

Where the appellant had accepted that the lawfulness of a restraint and disclosure order could be pursued before the Crown Court in confiscation proceedings arising out of the appellant's guilty pleas after the order was made, there was nothing for the Court of Appeal to consider.
