A residential property registered in the name of an offender's cousin, which in confiscation proceedings the offender had accepted was an asset of his that was available for satisfaction of the confiscation order, had on the evidence been paid for by the offender, was held on trust for him and was an asset against which the confiscation order could be enforced.
