[2013] EWCA Crim 1756

The court declined to interfere with a suspended sentence of two years' imprisonment, imposed following an offender's guilty plea to a third domestic burglary which qualified him for a mandatory minimum term of three years, as, although unduly lenient, the recorder had attempted to achieve a sentence which gave the offender's family and the general public the best chance of seeing him live a decent, drug-free life.
