[2013] EWCA Crim 2664

A judge was justified in exceeding the sentencing guideline recommendations for a category 2 offence of a dwelling and imposing a sentence of two-and-a-half years' imprisonment, as the defendant's many previous convictions were a serious aggravating factor.
