[2011] EWCA Crim 1691

A conviction for trafficking an individual into the United Kingdom for exploitation contrary to the Asylum and Immigration (Treatment of Claimants, etc.) Act 2004 s.4(1) and s.4(5) was unsafe as the judge had failed to properly direct the jury regarding the core elements of the offence.
