[2002] UKPC 59

The words "in any other case" in s.6(2A)(c) Misuse of Drugs Act 1975 covered not only offences relating to Class C drugs but also covered a residual category of cases that could not be prosecuted as Class A or Class B drugs under ss.6(2A)(a) and 6(2A)(b) respectively.
