The appropriate sentence for one offence of possession of extreme pornographic images contrary to the Criminal Justice and Immigration Act 2008 s.63(1), following admissions in interview and a guilty plea at the earliest opportunity by an offender with a relevant previous conviction, was one of four months' imprisonment.
