[2006] EWCA Crim 3121

The appeals against sentence of a number of offenders charged with various offences arising out of their activities as part of Turkish Kurd gang and involving, amongst other things, blackmail and exploitation, were allowed in part on the limited basis that totality and the relationship between the offenders had been inappropriately considered.
