A sentence of two years' imprisonment was not manifestly excessive for an offence of possession of an infringing article with a view to sale, contrary to the Trade Marks Act 1994 s.92, where an offender had been involved in the planning and organisation of an enterprise and was not entitled to credit for a plea of guilty.
