[2009] EWCA Crim 1801

A letter, purportedly sent by a juror, containing assertions that extraneous non-evidential material was brought into the jury room before the jury delivered its verdict of guilty had not contained the kind of information sufficient to permit an enquiry into the jury's deliberations.
