[2013] EWCA Crim 1585

An offence of burglary, committed out of revenge, during which the offender smashed windows and stole items from the window sills, fell into Category 2 of the Sentencing Guideline for burglary. Accordingly, a sentence of nine months' imprisonment was appropriate.
