Where a suspect had been stopped entering the United Kingdom with 3.61 kilograms of cocaine strapped to his body, customs officers were not in breach of Code of Practice C Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984 when they interviewed the suspect to determine whether he had committed the offence of smuggling cocaine into the UK.
