[2012] EWCA Crim 1347

A sentence of 20 months' imprisonment was appropriate following an offender's plea of guilty to a non-domestic burglary, with two further such burglaries and an attempted burglary being taken into consideration, where the offender had a poor criminal record and was on licence at the time of commission of the offences.
