[2004] EWCA Crim 3094

The form of the indictment alleging three counts in the alternative of conspiracy to convert another's proceeds of drug trafficking or criminal conduct was the appropriate way for issues to be left to the jury to ensure criminal activities represented by the third alternative, that the first appellant had been prepared to money launder irrespective of the source of the money, were capable of being tried as a count in the indictment.
