[2011] EWCA Crim 15

When making a confiscation order in respect of an offender convicted of conspiracy to handle stolen cars the judge had erred when ruling that the offender had been a principal conspirator and that the assessment of his benefit should be the valuation of the vehicles. The appropriate course was to quash the order and remit the matter.
