In an appeal against sentence for one offence of having unlawful sexual intercourse with a girl under the age of 13 resulting in pregnancy, seven years' imprisonment was manifestly excessive in view only of the appellant's mental incapacity. Accordingly it was substituted with a term of three-and-a-half years' imprisonment.
