R v LAM HAI VO (2013)

A text message that constituted hearsay, admitted in error during the trial of a defendant for the production of cannabis, had not caused him any prejudice. The message had only been used, along with other evidence, to show that he had known his co-accused, and not to imply that he had been involved in cannabis production.
