[2011] EWCA Crim 2535

Even where the observation evidence of certain police officers who were later found to be corrupt was disregarded as worthless because of their characters, an appellant's conviction for conspiracy to rob remained safe. There remained sufficient untainted evidence from other police officers to sustain the conviction.
