[2012] EWCA Crim 1270

A total sentence of two years and eight months' imprisonment imposed on an offender following his guilty pleas to one offence of burglary and one offence of theft was reduced to two years where the judge had applied too high a starting point and had not given enough credit for the remorse shown by the offender.
