In making a confiscation order for drug trafficking, evidence of any payment or reward for drug trafficking was required to the civil standard of proof for any proceeds alleged over and above the assessment of an offender's proceeds under s.5(1) Drug Trafficking Act 1994 or by application of the assumptions under s.4 of the Act.
